Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. INTRODUCTION

This policy outlines the conditions under which users may cancel their participation in CSI programs and request refunds.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

• Participants may cancel their enrollment within 2 hours of payment for a partial refund (subject to administrative fees).

• After 2 hours, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund unless covered by our 100% Money-Back Guarantee policy.

• CSI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs. In such cases, participants may opt for a full refund or transfer to a future session.

3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

• 100% Money-Back Guarantee: Eligible only if the participant meets the conditions outlined in the separate Money-Back Guarantee Policy.

• 4. REFUND PROCESSING

• Refund requests must be submitted via email to office@curioversity.in with relevant supporting documents.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

• Digital content, downloadable materials, and previously accessed courses are non-refundable.

• Any fees paid to third-party vendors (e.g., payment processors, shipping companies) are non-refundable.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• If a refund request is denied, the decision is final.

• Participants may request a review of their case by submitting additional proof of their eligibility.

BY ENROLLING IN CSI PROGRAMS OR PURCHASING OUR PRODUCTS, YOU AGREE TO THE ABOVE POLICIES. CSI RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND THESE POLICIES AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION.
