1. INTRODUCTION

Curioversity Startup Incubator (CSI) is committed to delivering an impactful and results-driven entrepreneurship development program. To ensure participant confidence, CSI offers a 100% Program Fee-Back Guarantee, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

​

Participants may qualify for a full refund of their program fee only if they meet all the following conditions:

  • The participant has completed the entire program, including all learning modules, assignments, challenges, and tasks assigned by CSI.

  • The participant has actively implemented the strategies, frameworks, and guidance provided during the program.

  • Despite full compliance with the program's learning and execution structure, the participant’s startup fails to generate revenue equal to or greater than the program fee within six (6) months of going live with product after completing the program.

  • The participant submits a formal refund request with documented proof demonstrating that they have followed all CSI learning materials, tasks, and mentorship advice without deviation.

 

3. REQUIREMENTS FOR REFUND REQUEST

To initiate a refund request, the participant must:

  • Provide detailed execution records, including completed assignments, proof of task implementation, and feedback received from CSI mentors.

  • Submit financial statements and supporting documents proving that their business has failed to generate revenue equal to or exceeding the program fee within the six-month period.

  • Show evidence of active participation in all CSI mentorship sessions, networking events, and required activities.

  • Complete a self-assessment audit form provided by CSI to verify adherence to the program structure.

 

4. REFUND PROCESS

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days after the six-month post-program revenue assessment period.

  • CSI will conduct a thorough review of the submitted materials within 60 days of receiving the request.

  • If the claim is approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days of confirmation.

  • If the claim is rejected, the participant will receive a detailed explanation for the decision. The decision of CSI is final and binding.

 

5. EXCLUSIONS & INVALID CLAIMS

A refund will not be issued if:

  • The participant fails to complete any part of the program, including assignments, challenges, or mentorship sessions.

  • The participant does not fully implement the strategies and frameworks provided.

  • The business generates revenue equal to or exceeding the program fee within the six-month period after program completion.

  • The participant fails to submit necessary proof of execution and adherence to program guidelines.

  • The refund request is submitted beyond the stipulated timeframe.

  • The participant engages in misconduct, violates CSI’s Terms & Conditions, or is removed from the program due to non-compliance.

 

6. FINAL DISCLAIMER

By enrolling in CSI, participants acknowledge and accept the terms of this 100% Money-Back Guarantee. CSI reserves the right to amend, modify, or discontinue this guarantee at its sole discretion without prior notice.
