COPPA Compliance

Our Commitment
Curioversity.AR is designed for teens ages 13–16 and is committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar privacy laws.
No Account Required
The web course does not require registration or login. Learning progress is stored locally in the browser on the user's device — we do not collect names, email addresses, or other personal identifiers through normal course use.
Parental Guidance
We encourage parents and guardians to explore the course with their children. Because progress is stored locally, clearing browser data will reset progress on that device.
Camera & AR Features
Optional AR lessons request camera access only when activated by the user. Camera data is processed locally and is not transmitted to our servers.
Data We Do Not Collect
- We do not sell personal information
- We do not require parental consent forms for anonymous browser use
- We do not build profiles of children for advertising
